Well let me tell you how MISLEADING and what i would consider FALSE ADVERTISEMENT from this tour companyġ. We had wanted to take the full day tour as it had the stop at the Hoover Dam, visit the Hualapai Indian country and the ride down into the canyon via helicopter and a pontoon ride. We recently booked a full day tour thru this same company while in LV stranded due to an earthquake that shut down the airport in our state. It was disappointing to say the least and we felt that the company was not upfront about its credentials. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone. The midway stop at Williams was at some supermarket and the line for the restrooms were long. Other peeves: The driver/guide was disinterested and obviously exhausted as it was the third Grand Canyon bus tour that he had driven in three days. I leave you to draw your own conclusions about their claim of State of the Art Luxury Motorcoaches.Another reviewer mentioned dirty restrooms on the coach. K) WE FEATURE BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART LUXURY MOTORCOACHES (Review-The coach we were on looked like it needed washing and the other coach from the same tourĬompany broke down half way! The poor people on that bus had to wait for another to come along to pick them up and wasted precious time. J) Park entrance fees and Environmental fees, Tax included in our price (Review-Can't complain) I) View the world's most colorful and spectacular rock formations - Simply Amazing (Review-Can't complain) **INCLUDES ALL 3 MAJOR LOOK-OUT POINTS - Mather Point, Yavapai Point, and finally Bright Angel Lodge. In addition to the National Geographic Center ! (Review-Ok, they did inlcude all these stops but I don't think we were given 4 hours in the park) This tour allows you the longest viewing time of 4 hours of the Grand Canyon. We spent like 45 minutes at the tour office before departing for Grand Canyon!) (Review-In truth, they have standard pick up points at various hotels on the Strip and bus you over to what looks like a makeshift office, where you pay up the remainder of your tour fare, while they try to upsell you on the iMAX movieĪnd a helicopter tour, you get your cafeteria coffee and packet danish and then you get sorted into your coach. This is a savings of 2 HOURS as others depart from the North Las Vegas Airport. G) This is the only bus tour that departs right from the Las Vegas Strip. Grand Canyon (Review- lunch was ok but the line snaked around the entire Nat Geo Center! And be deceived by the exclusive claim, there were like 10 other bus coaches there which meant long lines everywhere.) deep and 21 miles across) (Review-This was ok)į) Enjoy an Exclusive High Profile Lunch Voucher - 5 DIFFERENT CHOICES! - THIS LUNCH SELECTION IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.This is the BEST lunch selection in the Long line for lunch and use the restrooms! It was an awful rush! )Į) Visit the widest (21 miles) and deepest (2 miles) points at the Grand Canyon's South Rim (over 8400 ft. (Review-forget about this option, because we were given 1 hour at the Nat Geo Center to watch the half hour IMAX movie which you have to pay $10 extra and another half hour to wait in a really really This is what the website claims the tour offers and you will see how it contrasts with our experience.Ī) Our Tour Includes complementary wake-up service & hotel to hotel transfer -One of the Very few Companies that provides this! (Review- The pick up was from the hotel next door, notice they were clever to say hotel to hotel, not YOUR hotel!)ī) Enjoy a continental breakfast - Fresh Danish, Donuts, Fresh Coffee (Review-The breakfast was in a makeshift area of the tour company's office with 5 tables and maybe 15 chairs for 40 people! There was no fresh danish, only pre-packed danish)Ĭ) Photo stop at the mighty Hoover Dam - Approximately 20 minutes for Photos (Review-We were given like 10 minutes!)ĭ) Exclusive stop at National Geographic Visitor Center with optional IMAX Grand Canyon Discovery and Adventure Movie. However the company was obviously sneaky not to use their company name in their marketing because eventhough we booked with a website with the url of and NOWHERE was Airbridge Tours mentioned but once we booked the tour, the email confirmation came that the tour was booked by Airbridge Tours! The company also uses the name Triple J Tours.Īfter reading the negative experience of a reviewer on Tripadvisor about the same company, we were careful to avoid this company. We recently visited the Grand Canyon on a bus tour organised by Airbridge Tours, departing from LV.
